360 Radar is a trading name of Pidea Limited, a Company registered in England and Wales (Registration Number: 07516101). We are committed to protecting your personal data and the following Privacy Notice explains the information you collect, how we use that information, and set out your rights.

• We keep to a minimum any data we hold about you.
• We use your data to provide the service to you, respond to your enquries, manage our relationship with you, improve our service, and meet our legal obligations.
• We delete your data when it’s no longer needed for these things.
• We generally don’t give your data to third parties, but there are some exceptions.
• You have a number of rights (detailed below)
• We are happy to answer any questions about this.

What data we hold

As a Subscriber or Contributor we will hold the following information about you to provide you with services;

• Your name, identity, and contact information
• Additional user-specific information, such as username and passwords, required to provide the service.
• Billing and payment information where you are a Subscriber. For your security, we do not retain credit card details but use third-party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe.
• Communications with you.
• Your geographic location where you are a Contributor, as this information is required for the functionality of the MLAT service.

Technical Data

We use the logs from our services to assist with security, determine visitor behaviour, and to help us improve our services. These logs may include personal data such as an IP address that is assigned to you or, more likely, to someone who provides you with Internet access such as your ISP or Mobile Operator.

Transfer of Data outside of the EEA

We may transfer your data to providers in the USA. They are all self-certified under the EU/US Privacy Shield. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is only used in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable EU data protection laws and is respected and kept secure.

Your rights

You have lots of rights in respect of our processing of your personal data. The relevant rights are:

• get access to your personal data, and information about our processing of it
• in some circumstances, restrict our processing of your data for strategy planning purposes, and compel us to erase the bits we do not use for security purposes
• the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you
• object to our processing for some purposes

You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing with a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office

Recipients of Personal Data>

We share your personal information with other service providers to help us provide our services including to;

• Provide customer service
• Process payments
• Keep you informed regarding the service
• Analyse the information we hold

Data Retention Policy

We will keep;

• Your account details for as long as you remain a Subscriber or Contributor and three months thereafter
• Correspondence for a period of six months after the enquiry is resolved
• Contributor data logs for a period of six years
• Server logs for a period of three years

In other cases we'll store personal data only for the period required, or longer if required by law. Otherwise personal data will be deleted or anonymised.

Cookies and Other Information

We may use information tracking and gathering technologies that record and store information about users of the Website automatically. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. This information does not identify you personally.

We use this information to help us improve our Website and to learn about the number of visitors to our Website and the types of technology our visitors use.

If you do not wish to receive cookies, there are a number of things you can do, including adjusting your computer's settings to block cookies, or to accept them only on confirmation from you.

The 360Radar service relies on services provided by a number of third parties, and their own privacy policies apply;

• Google (https://policies.google.com/privacy)

We do not transmit your data to these third parties, rather your browser utilises them directly to provide the service.

Social Media

Support for 360Radar, as well as a user-to-user community, is provided via two official Facebook groups, which you will be invited to upon account creation. Participation in, and membership of these groups is entirely optional and not a requirement of using the service in any way.
